We are a small company that specialises in delivering low cost insolvency advice and services to individuals, sole traders and small businesses in England and Wales. We can deliver our services at a much lower cost than the norm because we are exclusively focused on individuals and small businesses, and because we keep our overheads low.

Robert Day trained initially as an accountant and decided to specialise exclusively in business recovery and insolvency in 1991.

Lee Cotton first worked with Robert in 1998 and has worked exclusively in business recovery and insolvency since then.

Richard Behagg joined the practice in 2004 having specialised in business recovery and insolvency since leaving university.

Robert, Lee and Richard are licensed Insolvency Practitioners authorised in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales..

Robert Day & Company was founded in 2002 by Robert Day and is located in the market town of Winslow in Buckinghamshire.
